Southern Croatia cruise from Split
Cruise aboard a very comfortable small ship to explore Croatia's coastline. You'll visit picturesque islands, charming cities, lovely small ports and a few hidden gems on this very relaxing cruise from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Split. Diocletian's Palace in Split still dominates life in central Split; explore this fantastic city before setting sail for the idyllic island of Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. Enjoy dinner at one of the excellent restaurants on the island. Cruise further south to Mljet Island where you can see the famous salt lakes of Mljet National Park (or you can explore independently), before you cruise to the historic city of Dubrovnik where you can enjoy an optional cable car ride from the Old Town to Srd mountain for breathtaking views of the city walls and Elaphiti Islands. Optional sightseeing in Korcula with options to try wine tasting at a local winery before dinning in one of the numerous seafront restaurants. Explore Hvar which is known for its lavender fields and stunning scenery and visit the fisherman's town of Bol, before heading back to Split. Families and children: Children are welcome on board. Children under the age of 10 receive a 50% discount and some vessels can accommodate children on a third bed in a cabin.

Mljet National Park
You embark from Split Harbour (About 13.00) before heading to Makarska, taking lunch as you cruise along the Dalmatian coast. You'll stop for an afternoon swim at one of the wonderful beaches en-route. From there, those feeling adventurous can join an optional river rafting excursion or zipline on the Cetina river, rejoining the ship in Makarska in the evening. Overnight in the port of Makarska which is well known for its numerous churches and other architectural and cultural sites.
Get under way quite early and head towards Mljet with a stop on the Peljesac peninsula for a refreshing swim. Part of Mljet Island is a national park (entrance fee applies). After lunch you can visit the salt lakes in Mljet National Park and enjoy the sun, sea and tranquility of this peaceful island. In the middle of the large lake, inside the National park, visit the monastery and church on St. Mary isle or just rent a bike (optional) and cycle around these stunning lakes. Overnight in port Polaca/Pomena.
Cruise to the spectacular walled city of Dubrovnik, the highlight of this cruise. You will arrive in Dubrovnik after lunch leaving plenty of time for you to explore on your own or join a guided tour of the city followed by an optional cable car ride up to Sr mountain for spectacular views of the old town. Take a walk through Stradun, both a street and a square, and promenade inside or along the 1,940 m long city walls! Overnight in the port of this magical town.
The morning is free so you have plenty of time to explore Dubrovnik. Leave this magnificent city around midday to continue your cruise to Sipan Island or the small town of Trstenik on the Peljesac Peninsula, for a swim in the afternoon and to spend the night. There will be an optional visit to a local winery.
Head to the island Korcula, the birthplace Marco Polo. Take lunch on board in bay near Korcula before mooring in Korcula port. Surrounded by ancient walls and fortified bastions, Korcula's old town is very well preserved with its highly unusual layout and structure dating back to 13th century. Optional sightseeing of Korcula and wine and appetizers tasting at a local winery and you are free to pick from the numerous seafront restaurants for dinner.
Leave early to head towards the Pakleni Islands for lunch and a swim stop followed by optional afternoon sightseeing of Hvar, the longest island in the Adriatic. Hvar has a renaissance cathedral, still with its original tower, as well as the oldest community theatre in Europe, founded in 1612. Hvar offers abundant entertainment, excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that are open long into the night. Overnight in Hvar.
The next stop is the island of Brač. The most famous (and most photographed) beach in Dalmatia is Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) near Bol – famous for its everchanging shape - a shingle bar that moves according to the wind. Great place for a swim stop. Bol is a typical fishermen’s village that has kept it's atmosphere despite becoming a popular location for tourists. After lunch you'll cruise back to Split for our last night. The approach to the Split Riviera is wonderful and offers the best views from onboard. Upon arrival, join the optional guided tour of Split, a monumental city which together with the famous Roman Diocletian’s Palace is under UNESCO protection. Emperor Diocletian built a vast palace in Split, which was the biggest building in the world at the time, and Central Split is built into the remains of the palace which gives Split a unique feel.

These 'comfort' cruises are run on a small variety of vessels, all of very similar standard, but the actual vessel isn't usually confirmed until 2 weeks before the cruise.
All of the vessels are very comfortable, and the cabins have airconditioning and en-suite bathrooms. All the vessels carry around 38 passengers (maximum).
Steel hulled vessels with modern traditional look offer accommodation in air-conditioned,spacious en-suite cabins with double or twin beds, hair dryer and safety deposit box. Ships are from 29to 35m in length with cabins 8 to 14m2 in size.
Included services: buffet breakfasts, three course lunches, Captain’s dinner, English speaking tour manager on board, one guided tour, daily cabin service, mid-week fresh set of towels and bed linen, luggage handling.

Most vessels have a few triple cabins. These either have a double bed and a single bed, or sometimes a double and a single bunk.
