Arrive and board Coral Geographer at 4:00 pm. Enjoy a sparkling sunset sailaway with canapés and local wine. Mingle with fellow guests or relax on deck as we depart toward Western Australia’s wild coastal landscapes.
Step ashore in Busselton to stroll the 1.8 km jetty, explore the Underwater Observatory, boutique-lined Queen Street, local art trails and wetlands. Optionally, join a Forage Safari through Margaret River's culinary hotspots.
Visit Eagle Bay and take a shuttle to walks at Cape Naturaliste, such as the Whale Lookout or Cape to Cape. Enjoy packed lunch and later head to Margaret River for cafés, distilleries, and boutique browsing on your own schedule.
In Augusta, tender to shore and explore historic township, Jewel Cave, Boranup Forest, or Cape Leeuwin. Optional wildlife river tour, e-bike through forest, or fishing charter are available for added adventure.
Spend the day at Two Peoples Bay’s white-sand beach. Swim, kayak or explore coastal trails to Little Bay. Visit the interpretive centre for insights into Gilbert’s Potoroo and noisy scrub bird conservation.
Arrive in Albany—once WA’s bustling port. Take a day to explore rugged coastline, cultural sites, heritage museums, vineyards and unique coastal formations. Optional Quaranup cultural tour offers Indigenous insight into bush tucker and wellness.
On the final morning, enjoy breakfast and farewells. Disembark at 8:00 am in Fremantle or Albany. Transfers to hotels or airport are available, or extend your voyage with local exploration.

Coral Geographer is the newest and most advanced vessel in the Coral Expeditions fleet, launched in 2021 and designed to reach some of the world’s most remote and untouched destinations. Purpose-built for expedition cruising, she carries a maximum of 120 guests and offers a refined yet relaxed onboard atmosphere. With a shallow draught and cutting-edge navigation systems, Coral Geographer can access secluded bays, island shores, and small coastal villages in destinations such as Australia’s Kimberley, South and West Coasts, as well as international voyages to New Zealand, Japan, the Philippines, and beyond. Her twin Xplorer tenders and fleet of zodiacs enable seamless shore excursions, while open deck spaces and Indigenous Australian artwork throughout the ship enhance the connection to land and culture.
All staterooms are outward-facing with private ensuites, and most include balconies, including six spacious Bridge Deck Suites with outside-facing bathrooms and horizon baths. Life onboard centres around exploration, comfort, and connection — from single-seating dining with fresh small-batch meals, to lectures and briefings in the lounge, to sunset drinks at the Explorer Bar. Guests enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a gym, library, lift access between decks, and welcoming Australian hospitality. Coral Geographer is a modern expedition ship that combines world-class capabilities with the personal touch of small-ship cruising.
