Offering some of the best fishing in the world, spectacular scenery and perfect weather the Kimberley is undoubtedly a very special place. Isolated and remote, this true wilderness country encompasses rugged gorges, towering sandstone escarpments, meandering river systems and immense estuaries. The waters are teeming with many species of fish including Barramundi, Mangrove Jack, Fingermark Bream, salmon, giant Trevally and more. We take a maximum of 12 guests on our 6/8 day fishing expedition to ensure that there is plenty of space in our tenders which are driven by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide who will use their experience to help you land the 'big ones'!

Our guides will show you our secret spots where we work the numerous rock bars, snags and run-offs and fish from dawn til dusk!

All of our specialist Kimberley fishing safaris are scheduled specifically around the tides to give you maximum fishing time & idyllic conditions. We take a maximum of 12 fisherman to ensure that there is ample space in our 4 custom built 5m. Barra Punts equipped with depth sounders & 4 stroke 90HP Honda outboards.

All fishing excursions are accompanied by one of our experienced Kimberley fishing guides. We provide a large range of specialist Shimano rods & reels, as well as an extensive array of lures. Gear is provided on an 'if lost replace' basis however you are of course welcome to bring your favourite lures and your own rod & reel.

A courtesy vehicle will pick you up from your accommodation in Broome at approximately 8am and transfer you to Broome airport for a light aircraft flight to join the Kimberley Quest II. Once on board we fish the Yampi Sound which is teeming with many species of pelagic fish including giant trevally, mackerel and queen fish. Your fishing expedition has begun!
Watch the incredible tidal movements throughout Secure Bay as we cruise through many spectacular whirlpools in search for barramundi. We then head towards the outer islands for your first taste of fishing for GT's, Trevally, Spanish Mackerel and other pelagic species.
Another action packed day filled with barramundi fishing! An array of snags, run-offs and rock bars present ideal conditions for big barra and a host of other species which will be lurking in these waters.
Fish the numerous inlets of Doubtful Bay for the elusive barramundi and threadfin salmon. Enjoy a cruise to Red Cone Creek for a refreshing swim at Ruby Falls before trying your luck at mud crabbing.
Fish the immense estuaries and extensive river systems of the George Water which has a reputation for 'big barra' and the Glenelg River which is home to many species of estuary fish including mangrove jack, fingermark and the prized barramundi. No moment is spared without a line in the water! Fish the outgoing tide or try your luck at the numerous creeks, it is serious fishing in these waters. See if you can join the metre club!
An early morning fish in the Yampi Sound which is teeming with many species of pelagic fish including giant trevally, mackerel and queen fish. After a late breakfast you will disembark the Kimberley Quest II for your light aircraft flight back to Broome. Arrival into Broome will be mid morning to late afternoon.
Whilst the published itinerary can be used as a guide, due to weather, tidal movements and the nature of cruising in the Kimberley itineraries may be subject to change.

The double cabins are located on the lower deck and feature a double size bed with an additional single bed above.* For guests who would like stay in our double cabins and would prefer separate bedding we have one cabin which can be arranged into twin single bed configuration. Each cabin includes its own private ensuite with hair dryer, individual air conditioning, personal mini-fridge and viewing window. Storage in your cabin consists of a small closet with hangers, a cupboard, and a space for stowage underneath your bed. *Please note, the layout of our double cabins can vary from the picture shown.

Our superior cabins are located on the main deck and feature a queen size bed and large viewing windows. Each cabin includes its own private ensuite with hair dryer, individual air conditioning, personal mini-fridge and viewing window. This option is well suited to guests who wish to add a little indulgence to their onboard stay.

Flybridge Cabin

Our exclusive flybridge cabin is the only guest cabin on the top deck and features a queen size walk around bed, as well as a large viewing window.
