You will have breakfast and lunch on board as you cruise, and there is plenty of time to relax in the lounge or on the sundeck. The vessel holds a maximum of 40 passengers and during the week you will usually make great friends amongst the other passengers who often hail from North America, Australasia, Europe and other places as well as the UK.
