Black Sea Treasures

Discover the Black Sea, a collection of different cultures and landscapes. Our 7 night Black Sea crossing starts in mystical Istanbul/Turkey or splendid Odessa in Ukraine.

Our cruise along the Western shores of the Black Sea includes stops in Nessebar and its ancient city, in Costantza/Romania, in Sulina for a unique exploration upstream the Danube River and Crimean historical cities of Yalta and Sevastopol.

Black Sea Treasures itinerary:

Day 1 - Istanbul, Turkey
Embarkation in the afternoon. Overnight at sea to Nessebur/Bulgaria.
Day 2 - Nessebar/Bulgaria
Excursion to the ancient city of Nessebar and to Sozopol.
Day 3 - Costantza/Romania
Excursion in the city and to ancient Histria, also called the Romanian Pompei, along Lake Sinoe.
Day 4 - Costantza - Sulina/Romania
Early morning sailing to the Danube Delta/Sulina. Arrival in the evening at Sulina, Romania. Excursion by private boat into the Danube Delta. In the evening we leave Sulina and sail overnight to Crimea.
Day 5 - Sevastopol/Ukraine
Excursion to the Yalta Riviera with its illustrious Palaces.
Day 6 - Sevastopol/Ukraine
Full day excursion to Sevastopol, Balaclava Bay, naval base and to the famous Khan Palace in Banchisarai.
Day 7 - Odessa/Ukraine
Your Odessa excursion unfolds the charm of this old Russian city: Stroll through the Primorski, French and Deribasovkaya Boulevards. Drive to the Catacombs at Nerubayskoye Village and the WW2 Museum.
Day 8 - Odessa/Ukraine
Disembarkation at 09:30.

The twin-hulled Pegasus, built in 1990, completely renovated in the winter of 2009 it accommodates up to 49 guests in a relaxed, congenial atmosphere. On board you will enjoy magnificent sea views as you stroll our 2,550 square feet or 240 m2 of open deck. You can relax with friends in the handsomely appointed lounge, browse in the well-stocked library or enjoy ocean-view dining in the convivial and spacious restaurant area. 

A platform on Pegasus stern enables you to swim when weather and anchorage conditions permit.
