Victoria Metcalf wins SCAR Fellowship award

The third big award this year for a Heritage Expeditions staff member, Victoria Metcalf, is a SCAR Fellowship. It was announced at the opening of the SCAR (Scientific Committee of Antarctic Research) Open Science Meeting in Hobart, July 12-14. SCAR Fellowships are for PhD students and PDF's and aim to strengthen international capacity and cooperativity in Antarctic research. Five were awarded this year to people from all over the world.
